Bengaluru-based enterprise voice AI company Arrowhead has been named to LinkedIn’s 2026 Top Startups list in India, following a year in which the company expanded its workforce fourfold and tripled its enterprise customer base The recognition highlights the growing adoption of artificial intelligence-powered voice systems across customer-facing operations. Arrowhead says its team grew from 10 to 40 employees during the year as demand increased among banks, financial-services providers, digital platforms and other large enterprises.
The company works with organisations including RBL Bank, Tata 1mg, IndiaMART, BharatPe and Aditya Birla Capital. Its platform enables businesses to deploy AI voice agents for high-volume customer interactions, including inbound support and other service workflows.
In one deployment with digital lending platform Kissht, Arrowhead’s voice AI agents began handling 40% of inbound customer-support volume within two months. According to the company, approximately 88% of those calls were resolved without human intervention. The figures point to the potential for voice AI to reduce waiting times and operating costs while allowing human agents to focus on more complex cases.
Arrowhead raised $3 million in seed funding earlier in 2026 in a round led by Stellaris Venture Partners. The capital has supported team expansion, product development and deeper adoption among enterprise customers.
The LinkedIn Top Startups recognition comes as Indian companies increasingly test generative AI and conversational systems in production environments. Voice remains a particularly important channel in India, where businesses must serve users across languages, regions and varying levels of digital access.
Arrowhead’s recent growth suggests that enterprise buyers are moving beyond limited pilots and evaluating voice AI against measurable outcomes such as resolution rates, call volumes and customer experience. As adoption grows, reliability, data security, regulatory compliance and smooth escalation to human teams will remain critical considerations for the sector.
